The American Conservative Defense Alliance (ACDA) advances national security and foreign policies based on America's founding principles: the necessity of protecting the U.S., not defending other nations or imposing American-styled "democracy" abroad. ACDA measures public policy concerning defense, foreign policy, and national security issues using the Constitution as a yard stick. We encourage U.S. initiatives that foster peace through a strong, cost-effective national defense, a non-interventionist foreign policy, and a comprehensive intelligence program which respects the cherised Constitutional right to privacy and individual liberty. ACDA's carries out its mission of promoting these traditional conservative positions via policy papers, issue briefings, outreach to the media and Congress, and participation in transpartisan coalitions.
